Account deletion

Staff can delete their Accountant Flow login from the iOS or Android app: open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm with their password.

Deletion signs you out everywhere (web, sidebar, and mobile), disables your firm memberships, and removes your email and name from the login record so you cannot sign in again. Time entries, job notes, and other practice records stay with the firm, as they are the firm's working papers.

If you cannot open the app, email support@accountantflow.com.au from the address on the account, or ask a manager at your firm to deactivate you in Users & security.
